Yes Saw Palmetto is correct. Get a quality brand. There are also some formulas that containe it in correct quanity with other things to help. Yes you can have coffee. And yes you can take it with prescription meds but you may not need the meds.

Yes you can take saw palmetto along with drugs. The reason is that it has been proven that saw palmetto has no effect on prostate size.

Coffee is okay in moderation. It works as a mild diuretic.

saw palmetto is great
you can also take green tea (the tea or the pills)
eating lots of tomatoes
you can also take
pumpkin seed oil
soybean oil
rosemary extract
eating more veggies and less red meats
less butter and dairy
olive oil it good
and fresh herbs.
and yes he does take these with his prescription med’s
and yes he has coffee
it does not bother him
