my boyfriend has not been producing any ejaculation for about a half a year. he is a diabetic. so he does go to the bathroom a lot when sugar is running high and has stop and go urination. my question is : does an enlarged prostate cause you to not produce any ejaculation? and around how long do you have to have uncontrolled diabetes before retrograde ejaculation could be the problem? Or is there another diagnosis that we haven’t heard about? We are going to the doctor soon, but we did research and are trying to get answers now. thanks
