my right testical changes size all the time, from being the same size as my left to 4/5 times bigger depending on exercise. With my left I can feel the tubing connecting it but with my right it’s just all testical. There is no unusual pain and as it’s been like this for atleast 6 years I’m pretty sure it isn’t cancer. Also, my right prostate is inflamed (I think) - I am not sexually active and I seem to ejaculate the normal amount. When pressure is applied to my right prostate there can be pain, and I often get stomach cramps.

I don’t really want advice saying run to the doctor or whatever, just if anyone knows what it is? I’ve tried online diagnosis but I have no idea, all the diseases I’ve read show symptoms of pain but I have none. any ideas? ^^
