Hi my fiance is 30 years old and he has blood in his urine and not only that but his urine will go a cola color and then his urine is clear sometimes. He gets the blood and the cola color off and on, he has had two ultrasounds and they came back clear. He has had blood work done and it came back negative. But they keep taking urine test and it shows there is blood in his urine, sometimes he can see the blood and other times he can’t.
He has also had his bladder checked and his bladder is perfectly fine, he has also had his prostate checked and it is also fine. Now the doctor’s are saying that his kidneys are working but not the way they should be, the ultrasounds were done on his kidney’s and neither of the ultrasounds showed anything, they both came back clear.

He does have to go for a Cat Scan on the 9th of November, but the doctors can’t figure out why there is blood in his urine. He has been a healthy person all of his life up until now. He does not take any medications and never has because he has always been healthy. The only medications he has taken is what the doctor per scribed for him for the Urinary Tract Infection he had, but his pills are done and he has no infections now, but still has blood in his urine and still gets that cola color when he urinates.

The doctors said he doesn’t have cancer and he doesn’t have any cysts so what could this be? It is really scaring me I just hope it is nothing serious.

Could he possibly have any kind of kidney disease? Are kidney diseases treatable?

Could it possibly be kidney stones or even silent kidney stones?

Somebody please help me?
He also feels dizzy and light headed, he is also very tired. He is just not him self, his Lymph is a little high, his Hemoglobin is a little low, his Creatinine is also a little low, his eGFR is a little high. Maybe this info will help also.
He doesn’t need to lose weight his height is 5′5 and his weight is about 130 to 140.
He has already had the Cystoscopy done, he had that done on the 8th of October.
No he does not have any pain at all, he says sometimes he does have a little bit of burning but not much.
Trust me I am not taking this lightly and neither is he, I am affraid if it is serious I might lose him.
I forgot but yes he does drink lots of water but it does nothing.
