If a man has a penile pump/implant "installed" is he still able to have an orgasm/ejaculate or is it just "deflated" when the woman is finished?
Im asking because If a man has prostate cancer surgery sometimes they suffer from ED, and if oral medications dont work-for some people this is the final resort & so yeah not trying to be gross I am genuinly curiuos
